About Us
Pazel Conroy Consulting (PCC) is a Ugandan based Consulting Firm with its head office in Kampala- Uganda, and regional offices in Rwanda, Zambia and Lesotho, providing consulting services to the Private and Public Sectors, Civil Society Organisations and Multilateral development Organisations in Africa. Having initially focused on Public sector capacity building, new partnerships opened, and the firm re-organised to encompass broader development consulting services. In 2012, the firm was re-incorporated under new leadership and name- Pazel Conroy Consulting Ltd.

PCC has in the past provided and continues to provide management consulting services to clients in different countries, including Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Mozambique, South Sudan, Kenya and Lesotho.

A seasoned M&E expert with 14+ years of experience, Melody leads Pazel Conroy Consulting’s M&E department. He specializes in Results-Based M&E and Management, offering expertise in M&E systems development, baseline surveys, evaluations, and research studies.

Derick is a senior consultant at PCC with 11 years of experience in development consulting, specializing in socio-economic transformation, gender, public health, strategic planning, and education.

Dr. Ssekamatte is a lead associate in Monitoring and Evaluation, with a PhD in Demography. He specializes in designing and implementing large-scale surveys, M&E capacity building, and data analysis.

Henry is a seasoned expert in local governance, boasting 30+ years of experience in strengthening decentralized public sector reform. He has worked in over 25 countries, specializing in improving public service delivery and local autonomy.

Emmanuel is a Monitoring and Evaluation expert with a master’s degree in management studies (monitoring and evaluation). He has over 12 years of working experience in the private, CSO/NGOs, and public sectors in the East African region.

Dr. Mayega is a lead expert in public health consulting with 17 years of experience. He is a lecturer in Epidemiology and Biostatistics, teaching research methods, disease control, and disaster management.

Joseph is a professor of practice in Urban and Regional Planning, with vast experience in rural and urban planning. He has worked for the Zimbabwean government and consulted across Africa on public sector reforms in urban development.

Stephen Wandera, PhD

A Gerontologist, Demographer / Population Scientist. He is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow of Fogarty International Centre of the NIH (2019-2021), and an Honorary Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand (2018-2021).

John Bosco Asiimwe, PhD

A Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He has excellent skills in Data Management and analysis of survey data with experience of 18 years years.

Hilary Homans, PhD

Hilary Homans was educated at the University of Warwick where she obtained her PhD and has taught at the universities of Coventry, West of England, the Open University and was Professor at the University of Zimbabwe.

Dr. Dan holds a Master of Science in health systems management, and various certifications in health systems strategic planning and management. He has 15 years of experience in public health research and consulting work, in addition to 5 years working as a medical Superintendent at Mulago Hospital.
