Melody is the Chief Executive Officer and doubles as the lead expert for the Monitoring and Evaluation department at PCC. He has a Master of Business Administration degree, and several certifications in Monitoring and evaluation, notably from Makerere University and the IMA International (UK).

He has 16 Country Experiences in the African region and Middle East, executing Evaluation and research assignments for International development organisations such as World Bank, International Finance Corporation, African Development Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation,  European Union, German Agency for International Cooperation,  Australian Development Agency, USAID, and several UN Agencies like UNFPA and UNHCR; and a host of International NGOs such as World vision, Plan international, ActionAid, Save the Children,  Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy, Care International in Uganda, etc.

He has sectoral expertise in Gender & development, Education, Health, Agriculture & livelihood, Environment & Climate, green growth, water and sanitation sectors- particularly evaluating and researching various development interventions.
